Hi again! My name is Laurice Mae V. Labrador. My interest is Art. I’m really into art. When it comes to art, I try and explore different type of visual arts like drawing, painting, and photography. I started getting into art, drawing, when I was 7 years old in the Philippines. When we moved back here in the US, i started middle school and since then i’ve been taking art classes. Every year, i had an art class. For painting, I started two years ago, my senior year in high school. My cousin got me an acrylic paint set for Christmas. At first, I was hesitating to paint because once you mess up, you can’t erase it like when your drawing, but i still tried it and it was fun.

The person who influenced me the most is Solenn Heussaff, a Filipina-French Actress in the Philippines. Since Solenn loves to travel and meeting new people, her paintings are usually about different cultures, but most of her paintings are about the Filipino culture. She loves to explore and learn about different cultures.

Solenn Heussaff influenced me to don’t think about what others think of my art work, it’s my art and the only opinion that should matter is mine. This makes me want to become an art influencer because i want other people to not think about others negative opinion. Art is for everyone and also, it’s where you can show your emotions in a creative way.
